Online Order Tracking

Due to delivery carrier delays, delivery timelines may be a few days longer than expected. At this time, DHL, UPS, FedEx and the USPS are still backed up and experiencing labor shortages and delays in service. This is out of our control. Read more about shipping delays here.

How-to:

1. On the left, enter the order number found in your confirmation email or inside your account online and the zip code associated with your Shipping Address. Include the ZIP+4 (entire 9 digits) if you used that in the address.
2. Click TRACK and your order details will show. NOTE: It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to update their records with your shipping information.
3. Alternatively, login to your AcuAtlanta.net account here and click on ACCOUNT at the top of the page. Each order will have at least one tracking number when shipped.
4. For international orders shipped via Global ShopEx, click here. 

Other Tracking Options

If USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipped your order, you can sign up for Informed Delivery at each carrier. They will email you or send you text updates. You can choose!
