About Honey Gardens

Honey Gardens is a manufacturer of high-quality, Apitherapy raw honey and plant-based products founded in 1965 by two visionary brothers. After studying at Cornell University, the brothers worked as bee inspectors in the Finger Lakes region of New York before starting their own apiaries. Today, Honey Gardens partners with over 1,200 bee colonies in New York and Vermont to produce raw, unfiltered honey and other bee products.

Honey Gardens aims to connect people to nature while supporting the vital pollination work of honeybees. The company focuses on preserving undeveloped land and promoting sustainable relationships between humans and the environment. Product offerings expanded over the years from raw farm-style honey to elderberry syrup, salves, propolis spray, and other formulas containing herbs, spices, vinegars, and bee byproducts.

Key differentiators include the use of truly raw, unheated honey sourced from their apiaries as well as third-party testing to validate the purity and potency of ingredients like royal jelly. Top-selling items include the immune-boosting Wild Cherry Bark Syrup, vitamin-rich Elderberry Syrup, and antibacterial Propolis Spray containing medicinal herbs and raw honey.
