Health Concerns Rehmannia 8 90 capsules
About Rehmannia 8
An unbalanced diet, a sedentary lifestyle, aging, and the stress of the hurried modern life can drain your vital energy. When we lose our balance and lack energy, we put our health at risk of becoming more susceptible to illnesses. Also, the recuperation period even after a simple winter flu can be longer than expected.
Maintaining primary energy levels, in general, is the primary concern of Eastern medicine, which focuses on restoring a patient’s vitality, health, and energy rather than working on the illness. For instance, Chinese healers look for blockages in the flow of energy within the body instead of treating the system that suffers in isolation, be it the nervous, circulatory, digestive or another. For a problem to occur, there must be an imbalance of qualities in the body. Finding those imbalances (by tracking where the energy flow is obstructed) and clearing energy flow impairments will subsequently restore the body’s vitality and health.
How Rehmannia 8 Works
The formula contains a proprietary blend of Rehmannia, which is very effective in clearing the energy blockages and restore health, and 7 more, equally potent, energizing herbs. Rehmannia 8 contains condensed knowledge of ancient Chinese medicine (the traditional Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan formula that was used to tonify kidney yang and qi) and modern research to help regulate yin and yang imbalances and stimulate qi energy to alleviate fatigue and aging-related disorders.
The traditional Jin Gui Shen Qi Wan formula has Fu Zi (aconite). Rehmannia 8 omits this ingredient and replaces it with Du Zhong (eucommia), which has an added benefit to the bones, ligaments, and tendons while reducing its (the formulas) warming effect.
Important Factors in Restoring Energy
According to TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), the following are the three most fundamental factors in regaining health energy levels:
Qi – A vital force that translates as energy flow, life force, material energy or air. Qi is associated with the energy flow around and through the human body. By “decoding” the flow and rhythm of qi, one can guide treatments to provide longevity and stability. The more we age, the more our Qi is used up. The rate of that Qi “consumption” depends on the movement and balance of vital qualities.
Yin – The yin is the fluid component of the body (i.e., the fluid that supports the disc of the spine and the joints), the coolness that enables us to sweat in just the right amount to regulate our temperature, and the moisture that plumps up the skin and muscles. It is related to dampness and downward, cold movement. Yin prevents the mind from racing and keeps us stable and balanced. If the yin cools and nourishes yang, then yang is balanced. Otherwise, it rises causing sore throats, red face, headaches, irritability, nosebleeds, and manic behavior.
Yang – As opposed to yin, Yang represents heat, dryness, and upward movement. It is the force behind the fluids of the body and protects the Yin. In general, anything strong on the exterior body is Yang. For example, the front part of the body is soft and vulnerable (therefore, yin). The back contains the spine which holds the ribs that protect the interior organs (hence, yang). Yang organs do not store. They receive, circulate, excrete the product of digestion. When yang activates and warms yin, yin is stable. If not, it leads to low energy, pale face, poor blood circulation, hypo-activity, and cold limbs.
