How SynovX DJD Works

Green Lipped Mussels (GLM) (Perna canaliculus) are sourced from clear unpolluted waters off New Zealand, tested and guaranteed for purity. They contain glycosaminoglycans, the principal component of cartilage and synovial fluid, as well as eicosatetraenoic acid that promotes anti-inflammatory activity and aids in the reduction of joint swelling. 

Glucosamine sulfate, a chondroprotective agent occurs naturally in all human tissues, supporting or enhancing the synthesis of chondrocytes and of synovial fluid, inhibiting free radical damage and support normal circulation in blood vessels leading to the joints. Specifically, glucosamine sulfate's physiological function appears to be stimulation of the manufacture of cartilage components and deposition of sulfur into the cartilage.

Chondroitin Sulfate, a primary proteoglycan, is found in most tissues throughout the body. Certain parts of the chemical structure of chondroitin create a strong electronegative charge that allows it to attract and retain a lot of water. Chondroitin may also increase the synthesis of other kinds of proteoglycans that constitute the matrix and may partially inhibit the activity of elastase. In addition, it has anti-inflammatory properties and decreases the levels of reactive oxygen species.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a naturally occurring, sulfur-containing, a water-soluble compound also known as DMSO2. MSM has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Hyaluronic Acid, a naturally occurring glycosaminoglycan found in synovial fluid, helps create a viscous environment, cushion joints and supports normal function. It has both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. 

Vitamin C and Manganese - Vitamin C is essential for every step of the multi-step synthesis of collagen and for maintaining its integrity. The vitamin gets destroyed in the process of manufacturing collagen. Manganese is important in the growth and development of normal bone and in the synthesis of cartilage.
