This formula provides calcium, which supports normal smooth muscle function and menstrual comfort. ProSoothe II also provides vitamin D, which has similar effects, attributed to its ability to support normal calcium levels, cyclic hormone function and neurotransmitter activity. This formula also provides magnesium, which supports normal nervous system sensitivity, providing support for normal muscle comfort, breast comfort and occasional anxiety associated with the menstrual cycle. ProSoothe II also provides traditionally used and clinically studied, chaste tree, which provides support for normal hypothalamus and pituitary function, and rhodiola, which supports normal energy production and normal mental function.
