EstroDIM is a targeted formula that provides the synergistic benefits of cruciferous vegetable metabolites, namely DIM (diindolylmethane) and I3C (Indole-3-carbinol) in a single capsule to support normal estrogen metabolism and promote prostate and breast health.
The formula contains cruciferous vegetable metabolites, which come packed with multiple health benefits, many of which are believed to come from glucosinolates, a group of secondary metabolites. This is particularly true when consuming cruciferous vegetables that are shown to have a positive effect on prostate and breast health, such as broccoli, sprouts, and cabbage.
When we chew crush or cut these vegetables, the body’s cells release myrosinase enzyme which hydrolyzes glucosinolates into other compounds. For example, glucosinolates from brussels sprouts and broccoli convert into I3C when these vegetables are eaten, which can be further converted into other compounds, such as DIM, with the help of stomach acid. A wide range of cellular activities related to hormone health has been directly linked with these compounds.

For instance, it has been evidenced that I3C not only supports healthy estrogen metabolism-related cellular function but can also (1) inhibit the activity of estrogen receptors and (2) compete for binding sites as a means to moderate estrogen signals.
DIM – It could enhance the proliferation of both healthy cellular activities and healthy cells. This plant and phytonutrient indole is present in numerous cruciferous vegetables and can improve the potential for greater antioxidant activity while supporting the formation of healthy estrogen metabolites to promote beneficial estrogen metabolism in men and women alike.
The formula contains vitamin E, as well as I3C and DIM.
