Zhi Bai Di Huang Wan 200 teapills Reviews

Hi, I have been having premenopause symptoms for awhile. Missed periods, irritable, interupted sleep etc...Then I went through a period which I am still going through but not as bad, that my tongue started burning on one side. I saw that low estrogen could cause this among other things. I started going to an accupuncturist and this is what she prescribed me to balance me and to keep the heat out of my body. She is convinced that that is what is causing the irritation in my mouth. I do have hot flashes but the biggest thing I notice is very hot hands and hot feet. I think I notice a difference when I'm not taking them so I plan to stay on them. Any suggestions as to anything I could use that would be better?

These herbs were first given to me by a Chinese Herbalist, and I noticed that my hot flashes and night sweats became much lighter and more infrequent. I will continue to use these herbs.

My hormones were really messed up...I was having HORRIBLE insomnia (the worst I've ever experienced) for over 2 weeks and experiencing hot flashes for the first time. I remembered that I used to take Six Flavor Teapills years ago to balance my hormones so started looking them up online. I saw that Acupuncture Atlanta also had something called Eight Flavor Teapills that addressed a couple more issues I was also having. Long story short, a week after I started taking the "Black Beauties" as I lovingly call them, my insomnia and hot flashes were gone!

I am using this product for menopausal symptoms. It helps greatly in reducing the duration and level of the hot flashes.
