Vitamin B6 is also a cofactor in the synthesis of GABA from glutamate. This formula also provides magnesium, which supports normal relaxation. EGCG, taurine, and NAC may also support normal nerve cell function by defending nerve cells from harmful excitotoxic effects and other prooxidant influences.
