DHEA Complete delivers both regular DHEA (25 mg) and 7-Keto DHEA (100 mg), plus resveratrol and antioxidant extracts from curcumin, green tea and whole red grapes. 7-Keto DHEA has been shown to promote cells' efficient use of stored energy sources and encourage healthy body composition.

Body composition, mood and more

In a small randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 10 months of DHEA replacement therapy with 50 mg per day showed enhanced increases in fat-free mass in 18 elderly individuals. Other studies of DHEA regimens in women suggest beneficial effects on well-being and mood and sexuality. Studies also show DHEA may alleviate melancholy and may also benefit the aging brain.
