7-Keto DHEA Metabolite is an excellent choice when considering a scientifically formulated supplement for weight management. It has been shown to safely encourage thermogenesis and healthy weight management and body composition when combined with diet and exercise. 7-Keto DHEA Metabolite

In one eight-week randomized controlled trial in healthy adults, the combination of supplementation with 7-Keto DHEA, diet, and exercise resulted in better weight management and body composition at the end of the trial, compared to diet and exercise alone.

In another controlled clinical study, healthy adults were put on a calorie-restricted diet plus 7-Keto DHEA or placebo. Individuals who received placebo experienced a decrease in resting metabolic rate - a normal outcome of dieting - while those who received 7-Keto DHEA experienced an increase in metabolic rate. None of the participants in either of these studies reported any side effects of taking 7-Keto DHEA.

Free radical-fighting plant extracts

This formula also contains plant extracts known to protect against oxidative stress extracts because of the effect 7-Keto has in boosting mitochondrial oxidation. This includes extracts from green tea, resveratrol, and our proprietary Curcumin Elite turmeric extract. Curcumin Elite has high amounts of free curcuminoids, the active compound in curcumin that gives it its health benefits-including the ability to quench free radicals and fight back against oxidative stress at the cellular level.
