How Womans Balance Works

Woman's Balance by Health Concerns Chinese Herbs is designed to support normal menstruation and relief of mild depression. 

Cyperus (xiang fu) and citrus (chen pi) are included in the formula to disperse stagnant Qi and dampness associated with abdominal bloating and breast swelling. 

Red Root Sage (dan shen) is included to promote the circulation of blood and relieve menstrual pain and inflammation. 

Woman's Balance is especially useful when the liver qi stagnation is based on blood deficiency and when there are heat symptoms present.

Womans Balance Serving Size

2 to 3 capsules, three times a day, between meals

Womans Balance Ingredients

Proprietary Blend (750 mg. per capsule) of: Bupleurum root, Tang Kuei root, White Peony root, Salvia root, Poria sclerotium, White Atractylodes rhizome, Cyperus rhizome, Citrus peel, Moutan root bark, Gardenia fruit, Ginger rhizome, Licorice root.
 
Other Ingredients: Vegetable Gum, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Cellulose.
 
Pin Yin: Chai Hu, Dang Gui, Bai Shao, Dan Shen, Fu Ling, Bai Zhu, Xiang Fu, Chen Pi, Mu Dan Pi, Zhi Zi, Gan Jiang, Gan Cao.

Woman's Balance Side Effects

For weak or anemic individuals consider Women's Precious the first half of the menstrual cycle and Women's Balance during the second half.

If there is a lot of repressed anger, begin using Women's Balance on alternate days for the first two weeks.
