About Phellostatin Phellodendron

Phellostatin, combines Gentlemen Decoction (Si Jun Zi Tang) for its anti-fungal properties and as a digestive tonic. It is helpful for a variety of conditions, such as issues related to digestion, deficiency of spleen qi and anti-fungal. There are many active constituents in Phellostatin, providing a broad-based anti-fungal therapy. Varied active components lessen the chance that resistant strains of fungi may arise.

Fungal Infections

Fungal infections can cause symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, and vomiting. Vaginal fungal infections may cause a burning sensation during urination‚ thick white discharge from the vagina‚ and itching. Athlete's foot, and ringworm are also known causes of fungal infections.

Key Ingredients

Phellodendron (huang bai) is widely used in China for digestion.

Plantago (che qian zi) and cnidium seed (she chuang zi), houttuynia (yu xing cao), are the strongest anti-fungal herbs in the formula.

Cardamon (sha ren) treats flatulence.

Licorice (gan cao) is used to tonify and cleanse the body.

Cnidium fruit is used for skin infections.

Plantago (che qian zi) is used to support normal urination and for diarrhea

Capillaris (yin chen hao) is used for gallbladder and liver infections.

Serving Size

Internal: For best results begin at 1 capsule TID, and increase to 2 to 3 capsules three times per day over 2 to 3 week period. Take between meals.
