Ease 2, also known as Chai Hu Gui Zhi Tang, invigorates liver qi, harmonizes the liver and spleen, harmonizes the exterior and interior, relieves the surface, and tonifies spleen qi.

How Ease 2 Works

Ease 2 by Health Concerns Chinese Herbs is based on the traditional formula Chai Hu Gui Zhi Tang (Bupleurum and Cinnamon Combination) which helps prolonged viral infections with GI disturbance and muscular tension. 

Pueraria (ge gen) is included to enhance the treatment of tension and aching in the upper back and neck. 

Bupleurum (chai hu) invigorates liver qi and is used in the treatment of prolonged infections. 

Ginseng (ren shen) tonifies the spleen and lung and helps with fatigue, diarrhea and dehydration. 

Scute (huang qin) eliminates dampness. 

Pinellia (ban xia) regulates Qi and transforms phlegm.

Licorice (gan cao) tonifies the adrenal gland and has detoxicant and harmonizing properties. 

Cinnamon (gui zhi) warms the channels and collateral and promotes blood circulation. 

Ginger (gan jiang) warms cold and stops diarrhea. 

White peony (bai xhao) invigorates liver qi and helps with pain.

Ease 2 Serving Size

2 to 4 capsules, three times a day, between meals

Proprietary Blend (650 mg. per capsule) of: Bupleurum root, Pueraria root, Pinellia rhizome, Cinnamon twig, White Peony root, Ginseng root, Scute root, Licorice root, Ginger rhizome.

Other Ingredients: Vegetable Gum, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Cellulose, Sweet potato.
