Lotus seed (lian zi) helps regulate vaginal discharge.
Smilax (tu fu ling) alleviates irritation in the urethra, including pain and burning while urinating.
Poria (fu ling) and plantago (che qian zi) help with urine production.

Clearing Serving Size

2-3 tablets, three times per day, between meals
