Chlorella and Spirulina are microalgae from green algae plants that contain substantial amounts of fatty acids (particularly polyunsaturated fatty acids), protein, chlorophyll, carotenoids, vitamins, including vitamin B12 and vitamin K, minerals, and unique pigments.
