Trikatu is the famous mix of three herbs, black pepper, long pepper and ginger. Ayurvedically, it has been used to enhance digestive juices, which in turn increases hydrochloric acid and enzyme production. Trikatu increases the digestive agni or fire to help digest, assimilate and distribute nutrition all over the body.
