Dosage and Use - Dissolve one lozenge in mouth then swallow daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Caution Chronic intake of zinc over 115 mg a day (five lozenges) could produce toxicity. Do not exceed five lozenges daily for more than a week. Supplemental zinc can inhibit the absorption and availability of copper. If more than 50 mg of supplemental zinc is taken daily, 2 mg of supplemental copper should also be taken to prevent deficiency.122 Chronic ingestion of more than 100 mg of zinc daily may be immunosuppressive.123 Warnings - Keep out of reach of children.
