It is used to help menopausal syndromes that arise from the Deficiency of both Kidneys Yin and Yang, and the imbalance between the Chong and Ren Channels. It may also be used in chronic problems that result from the Deficiency of Kidneys Yin and Yang, and the flaring-up of Fire from Deficiency. Related symptoms are: irregular menstruation; menopausal disorder; no menstruation or late menstruation; hot flashes; sweating; anxiety; lassitude; depression; irritability; ear ringing; insomnia; headache; fatigue; cold feet; frequent urination; palpitation; high blood pressure; dizziness; flaccidity of the muscles.
