Manufacturer: Red Blossom Tea Company A descendent of oolong varieties from the Anxi Fujian, Tung Ting was brought to the eponymous central Taiwan mountain in the mid-1800s. Our Tung Ting is a spring harvest tea, and mid-oxidized in a more traditional style to give the tea a richer, more intense flavor. Natural floral aroma with hints of fresh orchids and gardenia in a pale green to light gold, crisp and smooth liquor. Water Temperature: 195 ° or when medium bubbles begin to rise and water becomes agitated. Brewing Instructions: Steep for 2-3 minutes. Use 2 tablespoons (3 for a medium sized pot).
