Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 10mg

St. Johns Wort Extract (Hypericum perforatum) 200mg ---(standardized to contain 0.3% hypericin)

SAMe (from S-adenosyl-L-methionine disulfate tosylate) 60mg

5-HTP (from Griffonia simplicifolia) 75mg

Other Ingredients: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
