Directions

For adults, take both Herbal Formula and Fiber Formula together. Start with one (1) tablet of each during the morning and one (1) tablet of each in the evening. Increase intake of both products by one (1) tablet each morning and evening until desired results are achieved. Do not exceed six (6) count of either product daily. Take this product with at least 8 ounces of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take before bedtime. See warning. Fiber products can affect the absorption of many medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice.

Warning

Not for use by pregnant or nursing women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Excessive intake may cause adverse reactions. If you experience a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor. This product is not recommended for long-term use. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
