Standard Shipping Times
We work to get all orders out as quickly as possible. This is generally within 1-2 business days of the order date - usually next business day for in stock items.
Orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be shipped the next business day.
If an order is going to take longer than 5 business days to process and send, you'll be notified and given options for how to proceed.
Clinic Pickup
Please note we are an Acupuncture Clinic not an actual store front. So if you live in Atlanta and have chosen Clinic Pickup then please wait until you receive an email from us that your order is ready for collection before coming to the clinic.
If you want to know when it will be ready then please phone us.
Back-Ordered Items
Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered.
If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than five business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order.
The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee.
You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you.
Order Tracking
All shipments have a tracking number.
All U.S. orders sent via USPS Priority Mail are sent with delivery confirmation.
You will receive the tracking number with your delivery confirmation e-mail. Orders can also be tracked by logging in to your account and going to 'Order History'.
Order Status Inquiries
It is essential you provide an accurate e-mail address with your order.
If you place an order, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been received. You will also receive an email that it has been shipped. You may received additional emails given you intermim status updates.
If you provide an invalid email address we have no way of knowing you are not receiving emails.

Order Cancellation
Customers wishing to cancel orders must do so in writing before the shipment is sent. Shipments cancelled after dispatch are subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges.
