defined as shipping in the USA via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. *No other shipping methods

For all other brands the offer is "$5.00 Flat Rate Shipping" which is defined as shipping in the USA via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. *No other shipping methods are included in this offer.*
If you are outside the USA we offer various shipping methods which are shown during the check out process. Please read the section below International Orders.
Standard Shipping Times
We process all new orders at 8:00 AM Monday-Friday. New orders received after 8:30 AM are processed the next business day.
Orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next Business day.
"Same Day Shipping" if all of the items in your order are in stock your order will ship the same day, providing your ordre met the 8:30 AM processing deadline. If items in your order are out of stock, you will receive an email with the expected ship date. Out of stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
If an order is going to take longer than 3 business days to process and send, you'll be notified and given options.
We ship in the United States, and its territories with USPS Priority mail if over a pound and USPS First Class Mail if under a pound.
United States Shipping and Handling is only $5.00 per order via USPS Mail, regardless of how much you order within the Continental United States. Orders addressed to P.O. Box, APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska will only be shipped via USPS Mail. For large orders we may choose UPS ground.
All International orders are shipped by USPS Global Priority Mail. Please note that Global Priority mail can not track your order. If you want to track your package or you want it expedited you will need to upgrade the shipping during order check-out..
Please note that your Country may impose tariffs and/or duty fees on your order depending on the items or the value of your purchase. These fees are unrelated to shipping costs and will originate from your country's Customs Bureau. For more information, please contact your country's Customs Bureau.
Due to your Country's Customs Bureau it may take up to three weeks for you to receive your order. We have no control over this, nor is there a way for us to check the status of your order during shipment. Normally International orders are received within 8-14 days.

Please note we are an Acupuncture Clinic not an actual store front. So if you live in Atlanta and have chosen Clinic Pickup then please wait until you receive an email or phone call from us that your order is ready for collection before coming to the clinic.

Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. If replenishment of a back-ordered item takes longer than five business days, we will process those items that are available and ship the partial order. The back-ordered item will be shipped to you as it becomes available without further shipping fee. You will be notified of these changes to your order via email or with a note in the package shipped to you.
Order Cancellation and Returns Policy
Customers wishing to cancel orders must do so in writing (e-mail is OK) before the shipment is sent. Orders cancelled after shipping are subject to a 15% restocking fee and freight charges. No returns are available for Probiotics.
Returns: No returns are available for opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. We use trackable shipping. All U.S. orders sent via USPS Mail are sent with delivery confirmation. You will receive the tracking number with your delivery confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.
If your order is damaged due to insufficient packaging, please send it back and we will gladly replace it with the same items.
