INGREDIENTS: Magnesium Phosphorica 3X, Colocynthis 12X, Kali Phosphoricum 30X, Hyoscamus Niger 12X, Ignatia Amara 6X, Passiflora Incarnata 3X, Avena sativa tincture in a base of lactose. RECOMMENDED USAGE: Take 4 tablets and dissolve slowly under the tongue. Crisis or First Aid--take every 15 minutes beginning two to three hours before bedtime, then three to four times daily. Acute--take hourly, beginning two to three hours before bedtime, decreasing to three to four times daily after one day. Chronic--take 1 to 3 times daily. If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, consult a licensed practitioner. If pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a health professional before using.
