I use the evening primrose oil in conjunction with Seven Forests Restorative, Vitamin E, and acupuncture to reduce my debilitating menopausal hot flashes. The regimen has reduced my flashes from 30-35 to about 5 in a 24 hour period. The Evening Primrose Oil also decreases breast pain where I had a large breast biopsy approximately 2 years ago. The gel caps are easy to take, and the bottle has a nice "flip top" that makes it easy to get to the product (although it is NOT child proof!) Highly recommend this product.
