Its robust leaves are high fired to produce a tea with the richness of cinnamon and chocolate, and a lingering sweetness that brings to mind the caramelized sugar crust of creme brulee. A tea worth meditating over. Water Temperature: 195 °, or when medium bubbles begin to rise and water becomes agitated. Brewing Instructions: Steep for 1-2 minutes.
