Ingredients: Terminalia Chebula, Fennels, Trychospermum and Senna Extract with 8% Sennosides Supplement Facts: Adults and children 12 years of age and over:
2 capsules preferably at bed time. Maximum 4 capsules twice a day depending upon severity of constipation. Not to exceed 8 capsules a day.
Children 6 to under 12 years of age:
1 capsule at bed time. Maximum 2 capsules twice a day. Not to exceed more than 4 capsules a day. Recommendations: Keep out of reach of children.
