This very effective formula addresses leukorrhea and vaginal discharge due to an underlying spleen qi deficiency and can also be applied against exogenous pathogenic heat toxins such as Trichomonas or Candida. The use of Indigo Qing Dai, made from the leaf of the Isatis plant, counters pathogenic microbes. Ostrea Duan Mu Li, acts as an astringent, while other herbs support spleen qi.
