Bio-3B-G is a B-Vitamin containing the phosphorylated forms of thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2) and vitamin B6, with a higher amount of thiamin, as compared to riboflavin and niacin, for increased thiamin needs.

Thiamine or vitamin B1 is a sulfur-containing vitamin important for normal energy production and nervous system support.

Vitamin B6 is required to metabolize proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and is important in the production of antibodies and normal red blood cell levels.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) is part of the vitamin B group and functions as a coenzyme, meaning that it is required for enzymes (proteins) to perform normal physiological actions.
